Luxembourg covers roughly 2,586 square kilometres, and the distance from the northern border to the southern one is under 90 kilometres. How it works in practice
Routes instead of individual call-outs
Our technicians travel to Luxembourg on a regular basis, and every one of those days is planned as a route: several appointments in the same region, or several sites belonging to the same operator, scheduled one after another.
For you that has two practical consequences. First, the travel effort is shared rather than charged to a single machine — which is what makes a service visit sensible even for one treadmill in a hotel basement. Second, scheduling is a conversation rather than an emergency: we ask when it fits your operation, not the other way round.

Context
Why a small country has so much fitness equipment
Luxembourg has just over 670,000 residents, but the number of people who actually spend their working day in the country is considerably higher — a large cross-border workforce commutes in daily from Germany, France and Belgium. That combination produces a service economy with a density that a country of this size would not normally have.
The effect on fitness equipment is direct. International companies fit out staff gyms in their offices. The hotel sector, driven by business travel and European institutions, equips fitness rooms as a standard part of the offering. Physiotherapy practices and rehabilitation centres work with therapy and training equipment every day. Municipalities maintain sports halls and community facilities. New residential developments increasingly include a shared training room as part of the building.
And alongside all of that, a large number of private households own serious equipment — treadmills, cross trainers, rowers, multi-gyms and racks that cost as much as a piece of commercial equipment and deserve the same technical treatment.
What that means for service
Equipment density plus short distances is an unusual combination. In most countries, on-site fitness equipment service is economically viable only in and around large cities. In Luxembourg, the entire country is effectively within reach of a single service route — the drive from Esch-sur-Alzette to Clervaux takes about as long as crossing a large city elsewhere in Europe.
It also explains the language situation on this website. French is the dominant working language in commerce and administration, German is widely used in daily communication and in the media, Luxembourgish is the national language, and English is the standard in the international business community.
