Request a service visit in Luxembourg
Describe the equipment and the problem — the more concrete the description, the better prepared the technician arrives and the higher the chance that one visit is enough.
- Repair, maintenance, installation, relocation, inspection
- Business and private customers
- Photos and videos can be attached to the form

Service request
Tell us what needs doing
The form covers everything we normally need for an initial assessment. Fields you cannot answer can simply be left empty — the description and the location are the important ones.
For several machines, a list in the message field is perfectly sufficient: machine type, manufacturer, model and what is wrong with each.
- A photo of the type plate identifies the machine reliably
- A short video with sound often identifies the fault
- Access details (floor, lift, stairs) help us plan
- For B2B: send the whole machine list at once

Location
Where we are — and where we work
Office in Germany, service in Luxembourg
The address below is our office in Germany. We do not maintain a branch, a workshop or a postal address inside Luxembourg — and we prefer to say that clearly rather than to suggest a local presence that does not exist.
What we do have is a regular schedule of service days in the Grand Duchy. Repairs, maintenance, installations, disassembly and inspections are carried out on site at your address, anywhere in the country.

Before your request
Frequently asked questions about contacting us
Which languages can I write in?
French, German, Luxembourgish or English — all four are fine. Please write in whichever you are most comfortable with; it makes the technical description clearer.
How quickly will I get an answer?
We answer enquiries as soon as we have reviewed them. We deliberately do not advertise a fixed response time we cannot reliably guarantee — but a request with clear equipment details and photos can be assessed considerably faster than one without.
Can I request service for several sites at once?
Yes. For operators with more than one location in Luxembourg, send the sites and machines together — we will plan them as a coordinated sequence rather than as separate visits.
Do you also answer purely technical questions?
Yes. Questions about repair feasibility, sensible maintenance intervals, whether a used machine is worth buying or whether a fault is likely to be serious are all things we are happy to answer.
What happens to the data I send?
It is used to process your enquiry. See the privacy policy for details — note that it still requires review and completion by the operator.
Not sure which service fits? Just describe the situation — or start with the overview on the home page.
