Our services
Everything your equipment needs — from one technical partner
Six core services cover the full life cycle of a fitness machine: from the day it is installed to the day it is moved, refurbished or replaced.
Who we work for
Commercial operators, public institutions and private households
A treadmill in a hotel basement and a machine on a busy club floor fail for different reasons — both need someone who knows the equipment.
Gyms & commercial operators
Where machines run for many hours a day and downtime is immediately visible to members.
- Commercial gyms and fitness clubs
- Boutique and personal training studios
- Health clubs and wellness centres
- Sports centres, halls and sports clubs
- Equipment dealers and facility management
Hotels, health & institutions
Where equipment is part of the service offering, or part of a treatment.
- Hotels, spas and wellness areas
- Physiotherapy practices and rehabilitation centres
- Clinics and care facilities
- Schools, universities and colleges
- Municipalities and public-sector organisations
Companies & private customers
Equipment in offices and at home deserves the same technical standard.
- Company fitness rooms and office gyms
- Residential developments and apartment complexes
- Property management companies
- Retirement residences and assisted living
- Private houses, apartments and home gyms
Not sure whether your case fits? Describe the equipment and the situation — we will tell you honestly whether a service visit makes sense.
How our service works
From your first message to a tested machine
A clear process means fewer surprises for you and better prepared technicians — which is what makes a single visit enough in most cases.
You send a request
By e-mail or through the form. The more concrete the description, the better we can prepare.
We collect the details
Manufacturer, model, serial number, location, number of machines, photos or a short video of the fault.
Initial technical assessment
We evaluate the likely cause, whether parts are needed and whether a repair is economically sensible.
The visit is arranged
We agree a date that fits your opening hours and combine several machines or sites into one route.
Inspection on site
The technician verifies the fault on the machine itself — the reported symptom is not always the real cause.
Repair, service or assembly
The work is carried out on site wherever possible, using the parts and tools prepared in advance.
Function test
Every machine is tested under load before it goes back into use — including safety-relevant components.
Findings & recommendations
You receive a summary of what was done and what should be watched, replaced or planned next.
For larger sites we plan the sequence in advance so that as few machines as possible are out of service at the same time.
Prepare the visit
What to send us before a technician comes
Fitness equipment is rarely repaired by guesswork. A few details in advance decide whether the right spare part is already in the vehicle.
Type plates are usually found on the rear of the frame, under the motor cover or on the weight stack shroud. A photo of that plate tells us more than any description.
- Manufacturer and model — as printed on the machine
- Serial number, if it is still legible
- Photos of the machine and of the damaged area
- A short video of the fault — noises and error codes are often the key
- A description: what happens, since when, under which load
- Location and access situation (floor, lift, stairs, doors)
- Number of machines that need attention

Why customers work with us
Specialised technicians instead of general handymen
Fitness equipment sits between mechanics and electronics. Bearings, belts, cables and drive systems on one side — control boards, sensors and displays on the other.
Equipment specialists
We work on fitness machines every day: cardio, selectorized, plate-loaded, cable and rehabilitation equipment.
Mechanics and electronics
Drive belts, rollers and bearings as well as control boards, sensors, wiring and displays — diagnosed by the same technician.
Repair before replacement
Where a repair is technically sound and economically sensible, we repair. Where it is not, we say so clearly.
Structured diagnostics
We work from symptom to cause instead of swapping parts — that keeps costs down and avoids repeat visits.
One provider, several services
Repair, maintenance, installation, relocation, inspection and upholstery come from the same team, so nothing falls between chairs.
Cross-border service experience
Working across the German, Belgian, French and Luxembourgish border region is part of our everyday routine.
Luxembourg
A small country with a very high density of fitness equipment
Luxembourg is compact — roughly 2,586 square kilometres — but economically dense. Around the capital and along the southern axis towards Esch-sur-Alzette, an international business community, a large hotel sector and a strong network of sports and health facilities have grown together in a small space.
That density is visible in the equipment: corporate offices with staff gyms, hotels with fitness rooms, physiotherapy practices, rehabilitation centres, municipal sports halls, residential developments with shared training rooms and a large number of well-equipped private home gyms.
For a technical service provider the geography is an advantage. Distances between Luxembourg City, Esch-sur-Alzette, Ettelbruck, Diekirch, Grevenmacher and Echternach are short enough to combine several appointments into one route — which is exactly how we plan our service days in the Grand Duchy.
Luxembourg is also genuinely multilingual. French, German, Luxembourgish and English are all part of daily working life, which is why this website — and our communication with you — is available in all four.

What a service day looks like
From a running belt replacement in a hotel fitness room to a full inspection of a club floor — the tasks change, the approach does not.
Frequently asked questions
Questions we are asked before the first visit
Do you repair fitness equipment throughout Luxembourg?
Yes. The whole Grand Duchy is our service area — from Luxembourg City, Strassen, Bertrange and Hesperange through the southern region around Esch-sur-Alzette, Differdange and Dudelange to Ettelbruck, Diekirch, Wiltz, Clervaux in the north and Grevenmacher, Echternach, Remich and Mondorf-les-Bains in the east.
Because the country is compact, we plan service days as routes and combine several appointments. Details are on the service areas page.
Do you also work for private customers?
Yes. We service privately owned equipment in houses, apartments, home gyms and private training rooms — a treadmill at home is technically the same machine as one in a studio, it simply runs fewer hours.
Do you service commercial gym equipment?
That is our core business. Commercial cardio and strength equipment runs many hours a day and wears accordingly. We work for gyms, clubs, hotels, sports centres, physiotherapy practices, clinics, schools and public institutions.
Which manufacturers and brands do you service?
We work with a wide range of commercial and consumer fitness equipment. Most machines share the same technical principles: drive and belt systems, bearings and rollers, cables and pulleys, resistance units, sensors, control boards and displays.
We are an independent service company and not an authorised representative of any manufacturer. Where a repair requires manufacturer-specific components or software, we will tell you before the visit.
Can older machines still be repaired?
Often yes. Mechanical components such as bearings, rollers, belts, cables and upholstery are frequently still available or can be substituted. It becomes more difficult with discontinued electronics. We assess the repair feasibility first and tell you honestly when replacement is the better investment.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
We carry out both one-off maintenance and recurring service programmes with a fixed schedule. For commercial operators, a defined interval is usually the more economical option — see the maintenance page.
Can you install several machines at once?
Yes. We install single machines as well as complete gym rooms — including positioning, adjustment, commissioning and a functional test of every unit. See installation & assembly.
Can you dismantle equipment before a move?
Yes. We dismantle machines professionally, label the components, prepare everything for transport and rebuild it at the new location. This applies to single machines and to full gym relocations — see disassembly & relocation.
What information should I send before a service visit?
Manufacturer, model and — if legible — the serial number, plus photos of the machine and the damaged area, a short video of the fault, a description of when and how the problem occurs, the location and the number of machines involved. This is what allows us to bring the right parts.
Do you supply spare parts?
We procure and fit wear and spare parts such as running belts, drive belts, rollers, bearings, steel cables, pulleys, upholstery and electronic components where they are available for the machine in question. Availability depends on manufacturer and model year.
How quickly can a technician come to Luxembourg?
That depends on the current schedule, the availability of the required parts and where in the country the equipment is. We do not promise fixed response times that we cannot reliably keep — instead we give you a concrete date as soon as we have reviewed your request.
Can several machines be serviced during one visit?
Yes, and it is usually the most efficient approach. If you send a list of the machines and faults in advance, we plan the sequence, the parts and the time needed accordingly — for a single studio as well as for several sites.
