Core services
What we do
Each service has its own page with the equipment covered, the typical problems, the process and the answers to the questions customers ask most often. Parts, refurbishment and technical advice are described further down this page.
How it fits together
One machine, one life cycle, one technical partner
A fitness machine is installed, used, serviced, repaired, sometimes moved, eventually refurbished or replaced. Every one of those steps has technical consequences for the next one.
A treadmill that is positioned badly at installation collects dust in the motor compartment. A running belt that is never re-tensioned wears the deck. A machine that is dismantled without labelling loses its adjustment settings and comes back with rattles nobody can explain.
That is why we prefer to cover the whole cycle rather than isolated call-outs: the technician who inspects your equipment knows what was repaired last time, and the maintenance visit is the moment when the next problem is spotted before it stops a machine.
- Installation done right reduces later wear
- Maintenance turns unplanned breakdowns into planned work
- Inspection documents the condition before it becomes a problem
- Repair keeps working machines out of the scrap container

Questions about our services
Before you send a request
Can I combine several services in one visit?
Yes — that is the normal case for commercial customers. A visit often includes a repair on one machine, maintenance on several others and an inspection of the rest of the floor. Send us the list and we plan the time accordingly.
Do you work on both cardio and strength equipment?
Yes. Cardio equipment (treadmills, bikes, indoor cycles, cross trainers, ellipticals, rowers, stair climbers) and strength equipment (selectorized machines, plate-loaded machines, cable stations, multifunctional stations and rehabilitation equipment) are both part of our daily work.
Is a service visit worthwhile for a single machine?
Yes. A single machine is a completely normal call-out, for private and commercial customers alike. A treadmill or cross trainer is a considerable investment and most faults are repairable. If other machines need attention anyway, we are happy to take them during the same visit.
Do you also give advice before we buy equipment?
We can assess used machines technically, evaluate whether existing equipment is worth refurbishing and advise on maintenance requirements. We do not sell equipment, so the assessment stays independent.
Where in Luxembourg do you provide these services?
Throughout the country. Our service areas page explains how we organise routes across the regions of the Grand Duchy.
Not the question you had? Just send it along with your request. The home page gives an overview of every service and the areas we cover.
